Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to what homeowners ask us most often. For a deeper list, see our full FAQ library.
We try to be honest about what the home actually needs, communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and build projects the right way. That sounds simple, but it is not as common as it should be.
Because they want a company that takes the process seriously, explains things clearly, and does not disappear when the job gets complicated.
With photos, notes, scope details, condition observations, and when needed, more formal supporting documentation so decisions are based on facts instead of memory.
We use documentation throughout our process because it protects the homeowner, helps our team communicate clearly, and creates accountability.
We address it directly. If something changes, we explain what changed, why it matters, and what the next decision is. Good communication matters most when the project is not perfectly simple.
Certifications can matter, but only if they are backed up by real process, training, and workmanship. A logo alone does not guarantee a good roof.
