We are a licensed and insured exterior contractor based in Savage, Minnesota, serving homeowners across the Twin Cities metro.
You may use this site to learn about our services, view our work, and request an estimate. You agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
Scrape, harvest, or copy content from the site for commercial use without our written permission
Interfere with the operation of the site or any other user’s use of it

Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a contract. Submitting a form is an inquiry, not an agreement to perform work, and it does not obligate you to hire us or obligate us to accept a project.
Estimates are based on conditions visible and known at the time of inspection. Pricing, availability, and lead times are subject to change until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Conditions discovered after work begins, including rot, structural damage, code requirements, or deterioration hidden beneath existing materials, may change the scope and price. Any such change will be documented before the additional work proceeds.
If you hire us, the signed contract or work authorization for your project sets out the actual terms of that work, including scope, materials, price, payment schedule, timeline, warranty terms, and cancellation rights. Those documents control. Nothing on this website modifies, replaces, or adds to the terms of a signed agreement. Where this page and your signed agreement differ, your signed agreement governs.
Foremost Exteriors is a licensed contractor. We are not a licensed public adjuster and we are not an insurance company or agent.
We inspect and document damage, prepare scope-of-work documentation, provide detailed repair and replacement estimates, and communicate with your insurance adjuster about the scope of work required and our pricing for that work. We can be present during the adjuster’s inspection and answer questions about materials, labor, and code requirements.
We do not negotiate insurance claims, interpret or advise on your policy coverage, or act as your representative in the claims process. Your insurance carrier determines coverage, and coverage decisions are governed by your policy. Nothing on this website is a promise or guarantee of any insurance outcome, approval, or payment amount.
Minnesota law restricts contractors from paying, waiving, rebating, or absorbing a homeowner’s insurance deductible. We comply with that requirement.
Any financing offered in connection with a project is provided by independent third-party lenders, not by Foremost Exteriors. Approval, rates, terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the lender. We do not make credit decisions and are not responsible for a lender’s terms, decisions, or handling of your application. Review the lender’s disclosures and agreements before you accept financing.
All content on this site, including text, photography, project images, graphics, logos, layout, and design, is owned by Foremost Exteriors LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Foremost Exteriors name and logo are our marks. Manufacturer names and marks appearing on this site, including those of our product partners, belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products we install.
You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, republication, distribution, or use of our photography or copy, requires our written permission.
We may photograph work in progress and completed projects for documentation, quality control, warranty records, and marketing, including our project gallery, website, and social media. We do not publish your name, street address, or contact information alongside project photos without your permission. If you prefer that we not use photos of your property in marketing, tell us and we will honor that.
Information you submit through our forms, by email, or by text should be accurate and complete. Anything you send us that is not personal information, including suggestions, feedback, and reviews, may be used by us without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential information through this site. Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Reviews and ratings shown on this site reflect the experiences of specific customers at specific points in time. They are not a guarantee of the results of any future project. Third-party ratings, review counts, awards, and manufacturer certifications reflect the standards of the organizations that issue them and may change.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are issued by the manufacturer and governed by the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and registration requirements. Workmanship warranties, where offered, are described in your signed project agreement. Nothing on this website extends, modifies, or creates a warranty.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
